BinQle does not guarantee interviews, offers, compensation levels, or employment outcomes.

4. Employer / Client Terms

• Provide accurate role descriptions and compensation details.
• Use candidate data only for legitimate hiring purposes.
• Maintain confidentiality of shared candidate information.
• Not bypass BinQle to avoid commercial agreements.

All employment contracts and workplace conditions remain the responsibility of the employer.

5. AI & Evaluation Disclaimer

BinQle uses AI-assisted tools for candidate evaluation and structured summaries. These outputs are advisory in nature and do not constitute professional, legal, or HR guarantees.

6. Intellectual Property

All content including branding, logos, evaluation frameworks, and methodologies are the intellectual property of BinQle and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Confidentiality

Users agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies, candidate evaluations, and client hiring strategies.

8. Limitation of Liability
